About Me
Claire obtained her Bachelor degree of Business Administration from National Taiwan University, majoring in Marketing Management and Human Resource Management and minoring in Chinese Literature. She later received her Master’s degree of Law from National Taiwan University Graduate Institute of Interdisciplinary Legal Studies. While she was still a graduate student, she passed the Taiwan bar examination and obtained certifications in Corporate and Financial Law, as well as Civil Procedure Law.
Claire has been in practice since 2023. During her practice, she has supported partners of Chen & Chang, Attorneys-at-Law, in various local dispute resolution, international arbitration and litigation cases. She has also been actively involved in assisting Mainland China clients in conducting due diligence on target companies in Taiwan and facilitating foreign direct investment as well as cross-border transactions. She is experienced in assisting clients with reviewing transaction documents, conducting due diligence, negotiating with Taiwan regulatory authorities, and conducting legal research on civil and commercial contract law.

After completing her internship at Chen & Chang, Claire continued as a fully qualified attorney. During her practice, Claire has been involved in various projects, including international arbitration and cross-border investments. In addition to collecting and sorting materials, she has been involved in preparing certain documentation and has assisted in negotiations with Taiwanese regulatory authorities. Furthermore, Claire has worked alongside our partners to represent our clients in civil and administrative proceedings.

While she was still a graduate student, Claire passed the Taiwan bar examination and obtained certifications in Corporate and Financial Law, as well as Civil Procedure Law. She also participated in the 10th Asia-Pacific M&A Moot Competition, where her team won the championship for the Best Team, and she received the Best Player Award as an individual.
Under the supervision of Professor Kevin Chien-Chang Wu, she worked as a research assistant on the project "Sciences of Mind, Law and Multilevel Governance Policy", responsible for compiling various versions of the Mental Health Law and the content of the various revisions and public hearings to propose future legislative directions.

Claire graduated with a major in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing Management and Human Resources Management, and minoring in Chinese Literature. She had the opportunity to participate in an exchange program at the School of Economics and Business, University of Navarra, Spain. Those experiences inspired her to pursue a dual interest in both business and law, leading to her successful entry into the Graduate Institute of Interdisciplinary Legal Studies of National Taiwan University following her undergraduate graduation.
